88f8 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Account and Play

1.1 Eligibility Criteria

To register and maintain an active 88f8 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, or other non-natural persons may not register accounts on the Platform.
• You must not be self-excluded from 88f8 or any other online gaming platform under an active self-exclusion arrangement at the time of registration.

1.2 Account Verification (KYC)

3.1 Deposits

Deposits to your 88f8 account are subject to the following conditions:

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 88f8 account are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will be processed only to payment methods registered in your own name and previously used to make a successful deposit to your 88f8 account, subject to identity verification requirements.

5.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88f8 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using any software, automated tool, bot, script, or artificial intelligence program to interact with the Platform, place bets, complete wagering requirements, or gain any advantage not available to regular players through normal gameplay.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinating bets with other accounts, sharing information about the outcome of live dealer games in progress, or engaging in any form of chip dumping.
• Using the 88f8 platform to launder the proceeds of crime or to conduct any financial transactions that violate applicable anti-money-laundering legislation.
• Registering or attempting to register multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming the same promotion more than once, circumventing account restrictions, or continuing to access the Platform after a self-exclusion or account suspension has been applied.

7.1 Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly) that restrict the total amount a player may deposit within the specified period. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately.
